A phone call is quickest: describe what the appliance does and the likely causes can often be narrowed before the visit. At three in the morning, the booking page takes a slot without anyone picking up.
What booking a visit costs
The $89 service call pays for the trip and a complete diagnosis, and it comes off the repair bill once you approve the work. The repair figure is given to you before anything else is opened or ordered.
Appointments are kept 8 am to 8 pm daily, weekends included. Someone picks up the phone 24/7, so a fault found late can be booked there and then, and the visit follows in working hours.
